Wrong. just look at it for a while. Then imaging that every time her legs cross, the one that is extended out is going behind the one that is planted on the ground. If you look at it like that, she isn't even spinning, she's moving her leg left and right. It's just an optical illusion.

If you focus on the correct spot near her feet, you can explicitly change the direction she is moving. As a fun game, see if you can change the direction (back and forth) before she ever completes a full rotation.
