Led Scanner HELP.

I just picked up a LED Scanner Raptor Style. It was a fancy Cartoys led one.

Well I tryed and installed it myself and it seems not to be working.

I have a Scytek Alarm System, I pluged in the blue and green wire for the led bar. WEll the led has a ground a hot, and an orange wire which is supose to be a output to the green or blue one. Well I tryed them both and it seems not to be working right.

The led bar has a white, red, black, and an orange. the alram only has a green and a blue. The white I think is a nothing wire?

Well any help would be nice, New to all this stuff and I dont have a clue of nothing.
