You use the opposite diagonal wires as the things to wire to...just test them with a battery to see which one is pos/neg. You can tell the difference between the sides because when looking under it, one side looks like its connected to the led, and the other looks like its not. I forget which is neg/pos. Play with it.

Same thing applies, its just that it has two leads for the cathode, and two for the anode.

6 Red 10000mcd 2 volts, and 4 Blue 7000mcd 3 volts, im not sure which one ima use, ill prolly see which color i like better. but i dont need resistors if i do this, right?

yep

both of the terminals on the right are positive, and both on left are negative.

Um...no, dont wire it in parallel. If you do, each led will get 12 V and FRY. Wire it in series http://www.lsdiodes.com/tutorial/.
