LED question

Question- I have about 100+ led's to put in a piece of plexi.. i have 12volt resistors for them. question is- whats the best way to get them to run off of 1 source? relays? if you could provide a wiring diagram of sorts i would greatly appriciate it!

What voltage are they supposed to take, and what are you giving them?

Do you want fancy features like blinking and stuff, or just on/off?
