LED Display

Hello to all-

I have a Jensen CD3335X that no matter what car it's in the LED display doesn't light up anymore. In the dark I can 'kind of' see it.

I didn't buy the expensive warranty when I had it installed and I can't get a call back from Jensen. It's about 2 years old. Everything else on it seems to work GREAT!!

Does anybody know if I'm just sol? or is there a possible cure?

I've had it in an 85 Chevy S-10 Blazer and now an 86 Chevy S-10.

Try taking a pensile eraser to the copper contacts on the back of the faceplate. If there is a connection problem that would probably fix it.
