LED accent lights

I want to power my LED accent lights with a switch that is engaged by the ignition on signal wire (the one that goes to the HU). The switch will recieve 12volts from the battery all of the time, but only provide power to the lights when the ignition is on. Sort of like a remote signal turn on for an amp. Does a switch like this exist? Or better yet, is there a device that makes the lights sound sensitive, and other effects and does that same thing at the same time? Any help will be apprciated.
