a box i build for my L7, my restrictions were, it had to fit in a scion XA and i only had a half sheet of mdf to use, its 1.4 cubes internal, (ya i know) and its tuned to 40hz, its got 20 square inches of port area and i think the port was around 20" long surprisingly port noise is minimal and it sounds pretty good, given what it was in, i thought it sounded better than expected no lows, but for rock and not bass heavy music it bumped pretty good and it was fairly accurate,

how did you calculate the drop in tuning created by the many bends of the port?

That crossover would have been nice just in the box with a terminal cup outside. would have looked better to me at least but the kicker logos look ok for farting around in wood shop
