I wouldn't be mad about being pulled over either. However, i would be mad at the officer for being an ******* about the whole thing. Kind of like getting ticketed when you're going 7 over in a 45 and people around you are doing 60. It isn't that i'm mad because i was pulled over, i'm mad because you're getting me for speeding when theres people right in the next lane doing worse.I got pulled over a week ago, first time ever. I apolagised, stated that it had never been an issue before, and that it would never happen again.
I was then treated like a sack of shit and told never to so much as turn my radio on in the city of Riverside. I wasn't issued a citation, which for me was the only pleasent part of the whole situation.
Am I mad at the police for pulling me over?
No. I deserved it.
I hope thats only a sacramento law and not statewide //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gifi just saw on the news they changed the laws around here, if you can be heard from 25ft away its $100, and $100 dollars more for each subsequent offence until it gets to $300
Where I live it's the same way but with $75 instead of $100. They might have bumped it up recently though.I hope thats only a sacramento law and not statewide //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Thats my thoughts exactly. And I also thought that they would not issue a noise ticket while in Daytona Fl for the Spring Break Nationals. But I proved that one wrong lol25 feet???
the lil 30 watt RMS sub on my computer speaker system can be heard from that far away when i turn up the volume (and EQ down the highs so that they don't break the windows).
it should be at least 50 or 100 feet before an offense is committed.
