Plus I was about 10 foot away from entering a highway where I wouldnt have been bothering a soul. Didnt get a ticket, but still find it rediculous considering I wasnt in a area where I would be disturbing anyone. And they didnt act in accordance to their law because they couldnt have been 50 feet away. I'm not one who bumps just to look cool or cause trouble. I guess I'll just have to be more careful.

I wasn't *****ing.. I was just ranting on the situation and my thoughts on it. From the way they acted, I truelly think I was pulled over because they thought I was black. They figured they could pull em over for the music and then proceed to find drugs and guns etc. This is a city of about 5000 people tops.

I just wonder if the law applies in non residentual areas such as highways. If they would have been on the side of the road and I drove by at 55mph and they heard it, would it be the same...?

It sucks the laws are like that, but I understand why.

i just saw on the news they changed the laws around here, if you can be heard from 25ft away its $100, and $100 dollars more for each subsequent offence until it gets to $300

i have bad luck.Only once in a blue moon will i drive down the block wangin i mean you would never really catch me banggin but the one time where i was like f**k it i wanna wang....i got a 250 dollar ticket. I got pulled over a week ago, first time ever. I apolagised, stated that it had never been an issue before, and that it would never happen again.

I was then treated like a sack of shit and told never to so much as turn my radio on in the city of Riverside. I wasn't issued a citation, which for me was the only pleasent part of the whole situation.

Am I mad at the police for pulling me over?

No. I deserved it.
