Will a LEGACY LA2499 2600W Mono Car Amp be good enough for 2 12" Kicker CVR D2's?

In the manual that Legacy is rated for 335w rms. It would be a little on the small side for ONE cvr. Seriously lacking for a pair.

KingHype was selling a bxi1206D for $100 recently. Not sure if it's still for sale, but it's about 3x as powerful as that Legacy and twice the quality. It would be a great amp for a pair of cvr12d4's.
