LC7i on top of Amp?

Space is a consideration for me. Can i place an LC7i on top of my amp, both under the seat. They will fit, but will the stacking pose an issue in sq, distortion, etc?

I wouldn’t put it directly on top of the amp. You can put it around the amp but not in direct contact.

Probably wouldn't hurt anything as long as there's enough airflow to keep both cool. I wouldn't do it though.
