I didn't program the machine. I drew it up on AutoCAD and sent it to the company. They revised, then cut.
Here are some new pics. First sanding done, then putty, then second sand. Its ready for paint now...I just need a **** brush...
Spkrman, I agree with you that its not a complicated box by any means. Its just a basic sealed wedge...But, the amazing part about it is, it only took about 6 minutes to cut out. Total. Then about 30 minutes to glue, predrill, screw. A few minutes to sand, a couple to putty. So basically, this box was completely build in less an hour...try that out at home with your circular saw...
Also, the box was built like a fine peice of furniture. It is datoed together on the ends, front, top along with the center divider. If glued properly, this box will never come apart. And it will never leak. No caulk required.
