Where do you work that gives you access to a CNC? (I am just assuming it is at your job.)

I used to work at a cabinet shop, they just recently got a MASSIVE CNC machine so I asked them to build me one. Its a place called Lawrence Furniture Co. They make fine furniture and cabinets. REALLY nice stuff.

All of the peices are datoed together. It was extremely easy to assemble...Everything just locked right in with everything else.

yea dude. if i were you, id start a buisness and sell them **** boxes. that is a quality build and you dont even have to put any effort into building.

you could seriously just cut the pieces, label them, and ship them out to the buyer and they can screw them all together.

that would be sick as hell.

the LMT's going in there?

dam nextime dude, flushmount the subs, then make a ring like you have there that has the mounting diamater of the speaker, and fillet the inside edge down to cover up the mounting screws\trim on the sub so the only thing thats visible is the actual surround and cone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I was going to do that, but I needed the extra inch for clearance...lol....12.5" deep sub is hard to make a wedge box for...lol
