pair of DD 1008a's carbon caps, one I had to glue the surround back on the cone because it creased a little and came off, but it still works good. recone on these are stupid cheap anyone, the other is perfectly fine, both still read 4ohms... I don't have an amp for them anymore, my pos DLS amp (only had it like 2-3 weeks) kicked the bucket and it was a 3 channel running my mids too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif so NOW I have my 8" DLS comp set running off my center channel amp 49wrms 2ohms on 2 8" mid and 2 1" tweets... pretty ghey... I'd LOVE to trade for the little xfire amps... usps priority mail flat rate box would fit the pair I'm pretty sure.. this all happened today. so the subs are still in the truck in the box, both run good, the slightly defective one still gets loud too, I didn't have alot of power to them, most was a xfire xp1400d 2ohms and it's rated like 700@2ohms I think, havn't really looked at the manual I got them to run 1ohm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif but those are strapped in my wifes car on some custom 10"s. funniest thing is I JUST sold my zed mids amp a few days ago and it just shipped out tuesday I think it was //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif man was that a mistake... anyhow if you're interested pm me, I have plenty of refs and can take pix, tomorrow is a spearfishing tounament so I won't be on til about 24hours from now anyhow pm me if you're interested, later,

Is that JL 8ohm sub? What kind of power does it handle?

yes the JL is 8ohm. I used it for a HT sub. Had about 200watts on it. Not sure its RMS.
