Lanzar/TC Sounds????

TC holds the patent to that basket as well as the one on the LMS-4000 ( its different), unless lanzar wants to be sued, they better change it. They also hold the patent to the LA Storm basket as well.

The lanzar does not use a TC motor.

I cant wait for CES when Lanzar has this on display and TC just pwns them good.

this is the same basket

The lanzar also uses a 3" VC, that basket is made for 4"

they just all share the same basket (its not a new concept, look at the 12 spoke baskets around). that means literally nothing to how the sub performs. motor, cooling, surround etc.....they will all vary
This is quite true, baskets dont mean a whole lot. I mean you can take a 12 spoke basket and machine an interface for a 4hp motor on it if you want...big deal...what counts is the soft parts in conjunction with the overall design. Just because Lanzar outscourced to TC for baskets, doesnt mean their subs are going to be some SQL monster that we'd all sell our first born child to buy.

x2...unless LA paid them to used their baskets or something
The Storm was made by TC.

Unless where you typed "LA" you meant to type "Lanzar".

Anyways; What somebody else said was true. So far all we know is they share a common basket. Big deal. Hundreds of subs share the same basket. Hardly time to start a Lanzer Opti boner
