i know some of you guys will be grilling/smoking lets see pics of the food here is the start of mine

28 lbs of ribs on 6 wonderfull racks and 2 12 lbs of ham to be smoke on the orion cooker

ham is gonna be pulled for sandwinchs

ribs will be ***** sauce on the side

and the reason there are hams and not all ribs is because of pepole like you

my camera is broke but have'n family over on mon. 3 pork butts and 6 slabs of baby backs going on the smoker all day. plus the beer will be flowing. started vac yesterday and won't be returning to work untill the 9th.

use a ham insted of a shoulder and it will be bit better whith far less fat on it

Labor day isn't till Monday.

Also I have spent too much money at the local Canfield fair this weekend, so I am keeping it simple and probably doing hambugers and hot dogs on the grill. Not to mention my wife has to work till 6pm. Fawking ghey!

Maybe go golfing for a change.

most people do it on sunday cause of the alcohol consumption and recover mon for tues, drinkin alot on labor day is like gettin hammered on sunday and having to get up for work on monday
