LA S4.300 good enough?

I'm new to this life and therefore new to this forum. My question is if a Lightning Audio Strike 4.300 would be powerful enough to run two Kappa 6 1/2s on the front channel and a 10 inch subwoofer (not bought yet, perhaps JL W0 or Alpine R series) to the rear two channels. I am running the front speakers off the head unit because the amp would overpower them. I bought it because it was cheap and has a fan built in.

The specs are kind of screwy:

Staggered Power

30 x 2 @ 4 ohms (front channel)

90 x 2 @ 4 ohms (rear channel)

270 x 1 @ 4 ohms (rear channel)

I thought that amps were supposed to have equal watts from all channels, perhaps i'm wrong, as I said, I'm new at this.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes it would work just fine, I bought one of these amps but it wasent going to work for the app that I wanted it for so I put it in my dads van. I hooked some pioneer 5x7's to the front, and on the back he had 2 truck boxes with RF punch z's with compression horn tweeters in the box. I think it sounds pretty good for a E-350 that is loaded with tools. Plus my dad was happier than $hit.

Ok, great thanks, Hey what about two 10 in subs (rear channel) along with the Kappas (front channel), or is that pushing it for a 300 watt amp? If you had the exact same amp, blackgeltabs, then I'm assuming it would be alright?

Thanks for your imput

Robb
