well considering someone that is on this forum has done 147 with 1 8 L7, I'm sure you can put up good numbers with 2 12's.

Wow. Thats awesome. Is that on the TL or AC? I was hoping to break a 140 with 2 12's lol. Shouldn't be too hard then.

L7s are loud.... and sound decent. I enjoyed mine. Got a 144.8 with a single 15 on 2kw... in a minivan

The install is what matters. Just because someone hit xxx.x with this z sub, doesn't mean you'll do xxx.x with the same sub.

Well i have heard those 10s and they rocked just another option for you. Just decided to ask

Both L7's and L5's are loud subs. You just have to know how to treat them. I've seen a lot of people on here bash both subs in terms of spl, but the truth is that they didn't know what they were doing.

Lakota, what size/tuning would you recommend for a loud daily driver? I was thinking around 3 cubes per sub @ 37?
