well even though people say horrible sq but yet they won competitons for sq i plan on doing 2 of the 12's l7's with a 1500.1 kicker amp in a ported box approx 2.5 cubes a piece

Is 2.5 cubes good for them? it seems like a lot of people use like 4 cubes per sub.

they will be loud, but for the price of L7's you may be able to find something louder for the same price

well what will be louder

and the recommend ported air space is 1.75-3.25 max being 3.25

and my box at the most can only be 26x17.5x25 or 30 if needed

so do the math

im going to do 2 L7 12'' in my blazer soon, im gonna try 6.5 cubes, 2- 3''W x 13.25''H x 14.5''D slot ports. I am hoping this gets me somewhere, i gave up on the Memphis M3's They just arent loud enough. I am considering using 2 Kicker ZX 1500.1's or 2 ZX 1000.1's to power them.

My box is going to be 36''W x 15''H x 25.75''D

I have 2-12's L7's ported at 5.5 cubes with a Sundown SAZ1500 and they wang and they don't sound to bad doing it either. Just have a decent front stage to keep up with the subs.

i have a front stage that blows away the subs i have now. I never thought a cheap set of components could be so loud and sound so good, i only gave $100 for mine

Cool. Me too. I got my focals from a guy for a $100.00 and they sound pretty good. They definitly compliment the rear stage in my X-Terra.

i had a single 10" L7 (silver cone, 05-06 model) ported doing 134.9 in the trunk of a monte carlo on only 350 watts. only half of its RMS. yes, L7's pound.

well since the 08 is coming out, you might get 2 06's the price of one or something. thats a killer deal. i did 3 cubes at 34 for my 12 and it pounds soo much vag.
