L7s + P3000.1 = Paperweight???

I don't think it is very clear. I was looking at what people were hitting with the L7's and it was mostly in the 140's, even with 4-6 of them and thousands of watts. 2 mag 12's are hitting in the mid 150's, so I would say 1 15 inch mag may be right there. I think they both have a LOT of potential

So you think a 15'' Mag has more SPL potential then 2 12'' L7's ? Yes its all install dependent but 2 12'' L7's would in my mind make a louder daily driver then 1 15'' Mag. Depends on vehicle as well. But he has L5's and i dont think id feel safe putting 3000+ watts to a pair of L5's

Not to start anything with you Show.

I would go with the L7s. Simply because you're mainly looking for SPL and Mags are exspensive as hell...$500..cmon you can get 2 15" L7 for that price.

All the more reason you should join the 4 12" L7 bandwagon... I think SBLAZER and I are the only two on here that are running 4 right now.
Thats what my next setup is going to be. Prolly a wall tuned to like 40 - 45 hz. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

He has two L7's right now. I really am not sure which would be louder, that is why I am interested in this thread. I know if I gave Loyd a mag 15 he would be hitting in the 150's with it, and so far I haven't seen anyone hitting any higher than that with a pair of L7's. I am just as curious as the poster.

And of course I wouldn't take any offense to that post:D

Hitting in the 150s with a single mag 15? Do-able? Yes. Hard. Yes, you need to know what you're doing to get in the 150s. I'd say high 140s, but who knows, you could run 4k watts on a 3 sec burp i guess.... I just think about daily systems, not pure SPL.

yes that would be a sexAy setup //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yes indeed, not to mention great ear-bleeding times...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
