L7 enclosure

I recently built a box for my friend who has an S12L72. I deviated from kickers design. It called for 3.25 cu. at 38 hertz. I extended the port taking it down to 34 hertz and holy crap it sounds awesome.

He is also running a PPI PC2150. I never thought I would say this, but the ported enclosure really sounds much better. The irony is that it sounds"tighter" in the ported enclosure. I guess L7's really are enclosure dependent.

P.S. My Eclipse DA7232 is at Eclipse right now being fixed.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
