I was wondering what size ported box you would go with if i was using a 12" L7 or a 15 L7 and what frequency youd tune it at....Seeing if i can make one with enough space.... Have a Scion TC so space is limited....

I was wondering what size ported box you would go with if i was using a 12" L7 or a 15 L7 and what frequency youd tune it at....Seeing if i can make one with enough space.... Have a Scion TC so space is limited....

If space is limited, you might want to go with a 12L7. The 15 is going to want about 6-cu.ft. while the 12 should only need 3.25-cubes. Both sound decent anywhere in the 32-34Hz range.

On the 15 L7 go with around 4cuft and 38hz if you want something that is loud. I only like the 6cuft boxes at 32hz in SUV's. The larger boxed don't sound that great IMO in smaller vehicles.
