L7 aero port box design help

need help designing a box for spl in my friends 96 jeep cherokee its a 4dr and has to stay below the back seat he is in AS1 for meca. his peak is around 45-47 im guessing beins he plays street music in his runs. but hear are his max deminsions.

H-17"

w-40"

D-30"

box needs to be able to fit in this area with external aero ports please help need befor comp end of the month.
