ok then how bout this question, how big of a box should i build for this (cu ft) and what should it be tuned to (hz), i want some nasty bass pushin outta this thing, even thought not even competing with my two L7's im sure this can sound pretty crisp.

ok heres the deal i remembered i have software on how to make a box and i just want someone to look it over, im not totally sure if 4inches at the end of the port is alright or there should be more room for the air to flow throught or not? i dunno... and i dont know where to place the sub either, just someone check this over and tell me what i did wrong er should have done bla bla

WAY, WAY off. you didnt even calculate the internal gross cubic feet, nor did you calculate port displacement. It looks like you just guessed on it all.
