got it last christmas, has run at 1ohm. not abused, but does show 'some' wear from taking the endcaps on and off, but is out of sight when the caps are on.

got these factory direct from kicker about 7-8 months ago, dont know the exact date but can find out if needed. they are good 10" as far as i know, never any problems, no scratches, nicks, or anything cosmetic/mechanically wrong with either.
