Anyone have one of these? They seem like they would be a sweet little tool for making boxes... Im considering getting one since Ill probably be building my next box... What do you think?

I have one. IMO it removes too much wood and weakens the joints.

I think Pioneer Saturn used one when he was building up the enclosure in his car.

Even if you are using 3/4 mdf? do you glue as well?

yea, even if you glue it.

The thickness left for the screw to go through isn't enough for a strong joint in MDF.

we use em for bracing in our boxes sometimes but not the actual box, its really just to help get the screws in straight and strong enough fro the glue to dry
