somewhat elec companies do tip off. it's like this, lets say your average month bill for elec is like 130.. then the next 6 months it sky rockets to 270.. depending on area the consumption is a very large jump. not saying that it is what they go by but i believe has been used against people.

i think an flir cam is like a fiberoptics cam. only thing i don't understand is if they used those cams pre-raid then why wouldn't they find an empty house?

the amount of heat lamps used for a reptile does not compare to the amount of lights used for growing large quantities or marijuana. you ever see an actual grow room?? not some closet setup.

a 1-2 plant system can be simple to get away with. but some people have garage rooms which consume MUCH MUCH more.

Meh, if you aren't breaking the law you most likely aren't going to get in trouble. Hell alot of times even if you are breaking the law you aren't going to get in trouble. So a few people get caught in the crossfire, shit happens and no profession is perfect.
