Go back and read the bolded part of my previous post in regards to the suspicion that the cops acted illegally. Then rethink your "double standard" comment.

its got to be able to go both ways man. if they can have stings to catch us in illeagle actions then why cant the average person do something to catch them in illeagle activites?

it all boiles down to if we have to follow the rules or els, then they should also or els.

good thread, nice having a good non violent discussion. now iam gonna go get stoned and eat some chips:D

love that show.
But yeah. Grow lights consume a lot of power.. plus you have light cycles. lots of power + cycles = kick door.
egh. the big businessmen use generators to supplement. you cant catch them. even if you do find the house youll just find some undocumented mexicans in there

Due to your lack of knowledge of how to spell common words I'm going to assume that you are either seth phillips or an avid drug user.
I thought they were one and the same?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I am advocating that you can't expect any profession including cops to operate 100%. I advocate reasonable suspicion for a search, but there will be fukups and there are methods for those to be delt with. I don't know the scale of the problem, but in my circle of friends/family/life/acquaintances it doesn't appear to be an issue so I don't really care.
Also just as cops shouldn't rely on a "hunch" to kick in a door, reality TV shows shouldn't rely on a "hunch" to say they were illegally searched:

"The police refused to give KopBusters the search warrant affidavit which is suspected to contain the lies regarding the probable cause."

I don't really care if probable cause was in that affidavit or not...they are still operating under a "hunch" which is exactly what they are *****ing about the cops for.
wow amazing look i will spell it out for you .

there was Nothing illegal taking place at that house not one little thing.

but somehow the cops managed to get a search warrant how is that? for a search warrant probable cause is NEEDED no if, and or buts about it .

so the fact of the matter is the cops LIED just to get access to the house.

and is in fact illegal .

add to all of this the fact that those police wasted who knows how many man hours and funding to look at a couple of Christmas trees . not to mention the embarrassment they are now causing the department they work for and themselves this is in fact a P.R. nightmare and will cost way more money and resources to even attempt to fix not to mention possible lawsuits. also the kicker to this is Texas passed a law that allows search warrant affidavits to be sealed for up to 60 days after that it becomes public record so the truth will come out soon enough as to how the warrant was obtained.

who ever obtained the warrant should at the very least get fired and possibly face legal action as lying on a search warrant is perjury.

those in charge of upholding the law can not break the law or the whole system collapses.

i know quite a few police officers personally and have nothing against them whatsoever but the fact is what these cops did is illegal period end of story.
