Knu alternators?

Too bad for me that its all ford and gm. Finding a 200a camry alt for under 300 ftmfl //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

How would i do that? I was thinking of the same thing, but i dont know how to do it.
The simplest thing to do would be to get a smaller pulley for the alt. Depending on whats running off the crankshaft, you might even put a larger pulley on the crank also.

shorter belt = more rpms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif thats why dom recommends them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

maybe you mean a smaller pully which gives the alt more rpms

yes, dom will even machine a smaller pulley for you, i have read about as low as 46mm i believe, and i have an iraggi, and its AWESOME! charges my 3 optima group 31's with no problem, not to mention just a nice guy

The knu alternator is definetly has lower amps at idel then my stock. The lights do dim like i said, but the thing is i dont even have my system hooked up yet.
wait if you have no system hooked up why would your lights be dimming? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

Also I just got a quote from him more than 100$ more for the same alt I could get from Knu...uh I think i'll go with knu
