One ***** of a problem. I got the right answer can anyone else haha.

Hydrogen gas is produced when zinc reacts with sulfuric acid.

Zn(s) + H2SO4(aq) → ZnSO4(aq) + H2(g)

If 138 mL of wet H2 is collected over water at 24°C and a barometric pressure of 730. torr, how many grams of Zn have been consumed? (The vapor pressure of water is 22.38 torr at 24°C.)

well the answer is .345 grams if you were wondering. Hope you sleep better //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
I think you use pv=nrt to get the # of moles of H2

(you dont need to know the vapor pressure at all I believe)

Then you use know the number of moles of zinc (1:1)

then convert the moles of zinc to grams of zinc

yea pretty much, also have to subtract the pressure from the water from barometric pressure though, then just PV nRT

oh and its also a 1:2 mole ratio because H_2.

= 1/12 sin^4(3x) + C
nicee... on that bish i forgot to chain rule the sin^3(3x) so i got 1/4sin^4(3x) ... better than me :p
