Know how to drive?

I cant stand people who drive like its a race to get somewhere. My boy does that all the time. Has to fly everywhere he goes. 40-50 in a 25 mph. Actually makes me mad sometimes.
Do what my dad did. Start yelling at him tell him to stop driving like a retard. My dad overreacted when I was learning how to drive....I'm actually appreciative of it now.

The kid is kinda half retarted and never listens. Plus I'm not that type of guy who is a backseat driver, I juss let him be and soon enough he will get pulled over. He's 20 now. Im suprised he hasnt gotten a ticket since he started driving at 16.

Frankly, I don't give a shit about anyone else on the road. I am usually a nice person (in real life) but lately I've had so many people attempt to kill me on the road I've just given up. At this point my first and only priority is making it home alive, I couldn't care less about the rest of those creatures.

what pisses me off the most is when im going like 45 and someone pulls out into the road when they know they cannot accelerate fast enough which makes me either slam on my brakes or switch into the other lane if possible.

I agree noone knows that they are called "Acceleration/Decceleration" ramps for a reason. You are supposed to merge "at speed"

I hear ya, I try not to let it bother me but for some reason I just can't unless a really good tune is on. Hows the Hyundai?

It's fine, I drove it today and everything felt normal. I think the heat helped those chunks of ashpalt melt back off my tires because I didn't feel them anymore. But that's just one situation that's been weighing on me. Now that it's nice out I ride my motorcycle most of the time and I swear to god 9 times out of 10 during my small 10-15 minute commute I have some kind of close call because someone isn't paying attention.

How often has someone blatantly pulled out in front of you, forcing you to really hit your brakes to avoid them and allow them to (slowly) get up to speed, only to find they cut in front of you so they can do 10 under the speed limit. Then you look in your rear-view and realize there isn't another car behind you as far as you can see, so the other car could have waited 5 more seconds for you to pass and then pulled out, allowing both of you to travel whatever speed you want. But our society teaches people that you either have to be an asshole, or get walked all over every day. That guy would rather make you wait for him, even if it means for miles and miles after he pulls out, instead of him waiting 5 seconds for you.

Or how about the woman that blows a stop sign, causing you to slam on your brakes to avoid t-boning her, and she isn't even decent enough to look at you to acknowledge she fucked up? She just stares straight ahead and keeps on going like she is queen of the highway

Or the guy sitting in passing lane, riding the EXACT same speed as the person beside them in the right lane, not allowing anyone to pass, for miles?

Or the guy who pulls up at the store, and decides since he's just going in for milk, bread and eggs, that he is justified to park in a no parking zone and just run in?

Or the fuck-wad driving a 1982 ford escort with 157 dents, that drives like he's eager to put a 158th dent in it by bouncing off your car? What does he care, cars are not important to him, and his pos is only worth like 50 bucks, might as well drive it like a bumper car at the county fair.

Or, like in my wreck a few years ago, a person decides to make a left-turn off the road they are traveling on, and since its a residential street that isn't super busy, there is absolutely no need to look for on-coming traffic, or use their turning signal, before making that left turn?

Or how about the guy driving a 23 year old work truck, that is falling apart at the seams, yet he still drives it like he's in a ferarri? Gee, not his fault his front wheel or tie rod end came apart while making that 50mph turn, pushing them into another vehicle. Who could have possibly predicted that 'accident'?

How about the kid who thinks snow and ice conditions means driving to work at full speed will just be 'more fun' today?

How about the driver who does 95mph down the interstate on tires that are so bald they have steel belts showing?

Or the guy who thinks the passing lane is simply his own private 'low traffic' lane to sit in comfortably until he gets to wherever he is going?

People are self-centered. And once they sit down in that metal exoskeleton we call a car, they feel they are insulated enough from people to act however they want with very few, if any, consequences? Again, much like how people act differently when they are semi-anonymous on the internet.

lulz, man I tell ya even in my neighborhood. Turned into the neighborhood someone pulled in behind me i notice in my rear view. So I turn on my left turn signal to show I'm going into this driveway here/my house. Again female, I start turning into my driveway as I realize her slamming on her brakes right next to me. Holy **** this bish was gonna try to go around me on the left side when I'm turning left????who taught her how to drive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

That happened to my father when I was younger. We were slowing down to make a left turn and the person behind us was apparently too impatient to wait so they tried to pass us on the left. My father started to turn and wham, we connected. Oddly enough I believe it was my father who was cited and even though he fought it in court, he lost. I don't remember exactly why though.
