One I didn't see yet is when you are behind someone going 5-10 under the speed limit and you turn into the left lane to pass them. Then, when are about to pass them they decide that they want to go faster. You end up having to eventually do 20 over the speed limit just to get past them and not block the left lane.

The majority of the American people do not know how to properly drive on interstates/highways/tollways/freeways. The right lane is for driving, the left lane is for passing. I do believe that Illinois will actually fine you if you're caught driving in the left lane on a highway.

It's a ticketable offense in a lot of states but so is jaywalking...
