Also interested in a good AGM/deep cycle charger that can do at least 75-100amps as well as trickle charge.

Mine will rest at 13.3 volts. Kinetik says that 12.8-13.1 volts is fully charged. Just so you know they dont want to be charged over 14.4 volts. It reduces the life of the battery I'd charge no higher than this. So IV been told by Kinetik.

Picked up a Schummacher SC-1200a from Walmart for $45.xx w/agm mode (12a model)

Which Charge Rate should I use?

Medium 4a,6a,8a? (auto,marine,deep cycle)

or

Large 10a,12a,15a?(auto,light trucks)

or

Does it not matter since it will kick down once it reaches full charge?

1400 was at 7.xx and the 2400 was at 10.9x.

Havent used them in about a year

I charged the 1400 last night and it reads 12.1 and the charger reads 100% full charge.

That B&D has desulfation mode. Not all agm chargers have it. It takes a long time to run through.

My 2/8/12 Schumacher in AGM mode still charges the batts up to 15.5v or so when they get above 85% or so no matter which amp setting it is on.

I thought above 15v for AGM batts was bad?

What's up with that?

Weird both of mine start off at 14.6 for the first stage then drop to under 14v for the last stages.

I have same one and I saw as high as 16 when I charged

my 2400 that was sitting at 10.xx on the medium setting.

It's now fully charged sitting at 12.87.

I just put the 1400 back on and the charger is

reading 15.2 @ 89% also medium setting
