Kinetik batteries and side terminal vehicles?

I've been thinking about getting a Kinetik HC1800 for my Escalade as opposed to the Optima D34/78 but my vehicle has side terminal cables and it doesn't appear that Kinetik makes any side terminal units. So my question is, without the posts screwed into the top of the Kinetik will I be able to just screw my side terminal cables on top of the Kinetik?

ps. I'm thinkin the customer service at Kinetik sucks becuase I emailed them with this question about 2 weeks ago and never got a reply!

kinetik should be tapped for 3/8. if your side posts are 3/8 they should screw in if not remove the side post screws from your cables and use a regular 3/8 bolt

Easier said than done, besides this is an Escalade, I don't want to cut or modify anything that can't be put back to stock at a later date. Know what I mean.

Besides I like the products that duece212 found, that should work great, either one.

Would all you guys agree that the HC1800 is a lot more powerful than the Optima Yellow top?

Go pick up some top to side post adapters at any napa or auto parts store.
