Kid needs help with Ohms

I'm looking at an amp thats

200W x 2 RMS @ 4 Ohms stereo

400W x 2 RMS @ 2 Ohms stereo

800W x 1 RMS @ 4 ohms mono

How do i know how many Ohms my amp will be running at

Could someone please explain this?

Ive read link after link of Scientific Ohm explination

and i just don't get it

What will you be running the amp to? This makes for how many ohms you will be running the amp at.
