Kicker's birthsheet test voltage?

Unfortunately GM alternators cant produce 14.4V.

The 14.6V I stated above is a GM 105A alternator. Vehicle is a 2004 Silverado.

Okay guys arn't you hillarous, your standard start car alternator will never put out 14 volts. They are all rated at 12...You buy and aftermarket Alternator then there ya go...but 3/4's of the people who are even in car audio don't buy one Happy?

That's why my stock delco alt reads 14.3 right?

Kicker tests at 14.4 So what that sheet says...is lieing because your car will never read out at 14.4 volts.....sorry!
What it's regular rating is though you will probably get.

my car reads 14.4 with my amp at full tilt (nine.1) never would drop below 14.0 it stays at 14.4 and drops to 14.1 on low notes or something.

My old 97 burb only would produce 13.8V.Delphi small case 105A alt.

My new 99 burb has a 130A large case Delco. Still only produces 13.8V
