Kicker ZX2500.1 got subsonic filter?? I am confused here.. Need inputs

This statement is made by Kicker on their website..

It says the amps have a fixed subsonic filter set at 25 hertz so does that means I wont have to set any subsonic filter since it already got the subsonic set at 25?

Should I tune the subsonic lower if that is even possible?

Help would be appreciated.. I am just confused with this part here that is all..

I believe on their amps its just a switch, either its on or off.

Why would you want it lower than 25hz anyway?

Actually I am a noob when it comes to hertz, I'm assuming that going lower than 25 is just pointless??

I am going to run my 2500.1 on a Cascade Design Omega in a 3.5 box tuned to 32 hz.. but the sub is rated at 2k watts so I dont want to like overexcurise or bottom it out? so should I turn the subsonic filter on?

Yeah 25hz would be fine for a box tuned to 32hz, its better to have it on than off anyways..

5-10hz below tuning is good.

ok.. I learned that I should tune it at 1/2 octave, correct?

but what is an octave? how do I know what is my octave? Not sure if I am saying this correctly.. sorry..
