Pretty decent looking amps.

Parts count is similar to SAE-1200D, except the 1200D has two more output FETs - same size package (didn't check part # on the kicker). Power supply FET count / package size is equal to the SAE-1200D.

The Kicker amp does have a larger capacitor bank, though.
