kicker zx1000.1 not working

I have a zx1000.1 pushing 2 kicker cvr 12's. it's wired at 2 ohms final load and im pushing about 800 watts to the two subs. the subs reach 800 watts at volume 55/62. i was playing a techno bass song at 49/62 and half way through the song my bass cut out. i checked the amp when i got out of the car and the protect light would flash green then red then off over and over again. what can i do to fix this? everything is wired correctly and the gains were set properly. any help would be appreciated.

before i sell it i would like to know what's up with it. can anyone tell me? is it something i can do, or can i get it repaired for a fair price?

kicker will repair it, will be around 75 bucks more then likely. cost me 115 to get a 2500 that was fuxored, fixed.
