Wow, I actually started a new thread.....

hey, does anyone have one of these or have some experience with it?

Just curious about the design in it and how it actually came out in the end. It's different according to Kicker, though I personally haven't seen the inside except in their pics.

We might be getting one in the next few weeks for one of our demo cars. The Rep offered it to us, so im assuming they are still being made, or at least there selling the ones they did make.

it ended up making 8k before clipping,
too bad for $10,000
obviously this individual does not know how to read //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

can you please explain where in the review you see the above mentioned information?

What really boggles me about this, is why they didn't try this design in a production SMALL amp first and see how well it does and get some good feedback before dumping money into a $10K monster. Seems ass backward to me, but we are talking about Kicker here....

The design in this amp could revolutionize car audio amplifiers if it were perfected and made affordable. I was just curious of the status of the next best thing in car audio (which is how they were promoting it I think.)....

Supposedly when they first came out one of their top competitors went to a Warhorse from 8 ZX2500.1's and gained... due to efficiency I would obviously imagine.

nG

Actually there were only 2 that went back to Kicker due to so called noise issues, the idiot dealers had the gains SET WIDE OPEN. They have tested it at 12,500 USEABLE and SUSTAINABLE watts. The amp is a near equivalent of hooking up a speaker to a 440 volt industrial outlet.

I think they were trying to one-up RF as they came out with the t15k or whatever the hell it is huge amp.
