personally I would be happy with either but if I had to chose I would pick RF

RF has a lot of things going for them...

The amount of REAL power the amps produce is incredible...Sometimes when comparing prices people tend to go for what's cheaper - but that is not a good comparison. RF has great techsupport and stands by their products. Go for them!

both top shelf products- it really boils down to do you need 1 ohm (rf) or 2 ohm (kicker) stability... although they say the kicker will go down to 1 ohm on a good electrical system...
