Kicker vs RE?

2 se's. the kickers are loud though. i heard 2 l7 12's and 2 l7 15' both were loud just sounded muddy. the 2 l7 15's were in a tahoe powered by a zx 2500.1. the se's will soud alot better and almost get just as loud. my 4 se's were just as loud as the l7 15's when they were on my hercules and they sounded worlds better. se's all the way.

oh and bout subs, go with re. kicker and re have no comparison. re mx will be louder and sound beautiful

If i got the RE MX and gave it the 1200 watts and down the road added another 1200 watts, do you think it would make a noticeable difference?

yes. doubling power theoretically gains 3db.
