You guys are starting to sound like Best Buy car audio salesmen. I've heard all of these subs and the L7 gets a strong last place in spl and sq. More cone area so what. My L7's did not sound bigger than a round 12 and it's a lot harder to sit in a car/suv with 2 SX than 2 L7's. Assuming they are 12's. I've heard all kind of L7 installs and every last one of them sounded similar to each other. I built my own box and still didn't like them. Why would anyone want a sub that's picky about the box just to get it to sound decent? L7's do not **** to me, they just shouldn't be compare to RE. The Squares can get loud, I just can't enjoy music with them. They completely fail on fast bass lines, IMO. My L7's impressed the hell out everyone that heard them, but not me. If you never listen to RE, I think you'll love the L7. I'm ready to be flammed!

will one 12" SE in 2cu^ft ported to 33hz with 1100 watts out hit 2 12" polk audio subs with 800 watts in a ported box (one of those package deals from polk audio)

If your running 1100 watts i recommend you get the SX

1100 is too much power for the SE
