Kicker v orion?

Which would you suggest more for component speakers for the money?

I can get the Kicker KX200.2 for 120$. 70w x 2 @ 4ohm (or i could pay 10 more dollars and get 5 more watts with the kx250.2)

Pretty even comparo there....both are completely capable units but out of the two I think I'd go the Kicker if for no other reason than I am a bigger Kicker fan than I am a DEI fan.

I would suggest that Directed Electronics is likely not hurting financially. How many people do you know that use Viper, Directed, Orion, A/D/S etc amps? Viper mobile security? honestly... none at all. I'm really the only person I knwo into car audio, all my friends think I'm stupid for spending 1000 dollars on it.

A pair of Solobaric 12s, whether they be L5s or L7s plus an amp for $150 is a heckuva deal provided the subs and the amp work properly.

I know the owner of Sonic, and from we have seen, is top notch, actually bought my personal HU from him, great guy, and does everything authorized.

sonic always gives a one year warrenty on everything anyway.

but they ARE an authorized kicker dealer.
