kicker tweeters

it explains why in the sentence that follows - improved SQ, lower THD, etc. i agree when powered by a head unit you would want to wire them in series. but with a quality amplifier rated for 2 ohms, parallel would be fine.

i thought jus a hu only run @4 with no amp
HU's can do 4 ohms and up. They just cant drop lower than 4 ohms.

If your amp is 4 ohm stable it can do 8 ohms as well. It will be about half the power its rated for at 4 ohms. It could be more or it could be less though.

i don't think 4x6's will handle that much more power... but you're welcome to it. it'll work wired in parallel. most tweeters are rated for around 25W RMS, they are efficient so they don't need a lot of power. you have to buy some expensive, beefy tweeters to even get near 100W RMS.
