hey whats up guys.....im selling my t1001bd rockford fosgate amp....and i was gonna buy another new kx1200 but there discontinued...it sucks really....anyway i decided to bid on a brand new sx1250.1 and won it for only 460.00.....so i got a great deal on it....anyway i was wondering if anyone knew how these amps perform and how it stands against my t1001bd?

Don't know how it would match up to the RF, but I have a SX1250.1 powering a 15" L5 and it hits nicely. Make sure you have something to give it a strong signal though, line driver or something. Running straight off the deck i think you'd be disappointed.

if the head unit produces enough voltage it wont matter. and thats the reason for the gains, to match it up to the head units out voltage.

even though this is an old thread, the dumbass buys a $460 amp and then asks if it's any good and for every dumbass there is another who says he needs higher preout voltage.
