Okay I have been looking around to get a 18" kicker solox. on ebay there 800 ahahah..

I will putthat in a car. dont worry I know my stuff since ym friends puted about 20+ systems in cars even fulls...

We will port a home made box he told me that if I want a lOUD car louder then his 2 L7s 12" with 4000WATS I need 10 000 WATS max poer on the sub...

I was wondering wich amps to get..So can yo utell me info on amps ecty..and the URL to it so i can see specs ect

Probably need about 4k for 1 Solo x. 250 amp alt, all 0 gauge, big 3, 2-4 big batteries.

Only that? 4000? i tought atleast 8k.. I want it louder then 2 12" p3s from rockford and 1 rockford amp of 2000 wats....

you do realize there are many factors other than how much power the sub should see that will determing your overall loudness.A proper size and a well designed box is what you should be lookn into also.and yes 5 k daily is plenty for that sub.personally i would look into an other sub imo they are not that efficient

I have a 18" solo X in a 5.5 cube tuned to 35 hertz. in the trunk of my car but i only have a AQ2200 pushing it. It bangs though. when i get the funding im getting a bigger amp.
