Kicker S8L7 Tuning Freq?

What freq(Hz) would be optimal for SPL/SQ? Kicker says about 45Hz for the S8L7.

I was thinking of going a bit lower. Say around 38Hz. I have never had an 8 before.

45 is about right...42 is ok, any lower is ok, but that's alot for an 8" sub...
