Kicker or RE Audio???

well i just ordered the 12" Kicker CVX then just found out that i could get a 12" RE Audio SE12 for the exact same price as the CVX. which one would be better?? i already have the zx750.1 amp. would that amp overpower the RE sub??also, what is the difference between the two subs?? ive always heard only good about RE so i am tempted to go ahead and order one of those too.
