Its plays games directly from the harddrive, the actual DVD drive just went out on me a few weeks ago, you can buy one and replace it easily.

why don't you just fix the kicks yourself and sell them for more? SOrry just have to ask. Also which leads are they, both +'s, a + and a - .... and how much on the xbox? Thanks-Sampson
